Returns for refund credit require authorization from PowerBridge prior to any return or exchange.
Must be returned in original not-installed condition and packaging within 14 days from issued RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
Damaged products and or packaging may be subject to up to a 20% restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the wrong item was originally shipped by PowerBridge
Exchange for different PowerBridge items require approval from PowerBridge prior to return.
Returns sent COD shipping will not be accepted.
Missing items, product defects, warranty exchanges, shall be replaced with same or similar item at the discretion of PowerBridge. Shipping return/exchange will be paid both directions by Consumer.
