PowerBridge is a recessed in-wall design to allow for low profile wall mounting. Due to the unique design, the in-wall junction boxes must accommodate the correct depth volume.
PowerBridge will not mount to "shallow" j-boxes. If you have fir-strips over concrete walls, recessed receptacles will not work unless the wall is built-out to allow the necessary depth.
Most standard constructed walls will have 2x4 framing studs, or 2x6, either wood or metal.
Interior or exterior walls with or without insulation will work with PowerBridge j-boxes.

Limited Warranty:
Limited 2 year warranty from manufacture defects. Warranty of defects due to manufacturing and or assembly.
LIMITED WARRANTY: HD-Products, Inc. (HD Products PowerBridge) warrants to this product will be free from defects in workmanship or materials for a period of two-years from the date of purchase. EXCLUSIVE REMEDY:If product is determined defective, HD Products shall remedy with replacement of such parts found as defective. Labor cost associated to remove and replace is not covered within this Limited Warranty. HD Products may require defective parts to be returned at sender’s expense. Replacement parts will be sent at HD Products expense not to exceed standard mailing cost within the US and Canada. Request for remedy requires a Replacement or Return Authorization from HD Products and proof of purchase. Contact Customer Service for further information. Maximum claim liability, not to exceed the product purchase price or Manufacturers Suggested List Retail Price. EXCLUSIONS/CONDITIONS: This warranty does not cover and not limited to, misuse, acts of nature, verbal and written expression and improper installation. Improper installation is determined such to include, but not limited to, non-code compliant installation, product modifications, alterations, adjustments, and connections using non-code compliant methods and or materials.

Warranty Claims must be made directly to HD-Products, Inc. within the 2 year period with proof of purchase from seller. Maximum claim liability not to exceed the purchase price. Claims must be made in writting.

Returns for refund credit are subject to up to a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Must be returned in original not-installed condition and packaging within 14 days from original shipping date. FREE shipping offer value, if applicable, will be deducted from any refund/credit. FREE shipping value (1-2 power kits) $12.00.
Exchange for different PowerBridge items require approval from HD Products prior to return. Returns sent COD shipping will not be accepted.
Missing items, product defects, warranty exchanges, shall be replaced with same or similar item at the discretion of HD Products. Shipping return/exchange will be paid both directions by HD Products.
