Limited 1 year warranty from manufacture defects. Warranty of defects due to manufacturing and or assembly.
Manufacturer, it's agents, suppliers, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any damages, and not limited to; misuse, acts of nature, verbal and written expression and improper installation. Improper installation is determined such that includes, but not limited to, non-code compliant installation, product modifications, alterations, adjustments, connections of non-code compliant methods and or materials. This warranty extends to all users, concurrent and recurrent, with and or without knowledge of manufacturer of products manufactured, assembled and marketed by HD-Products, Inc.
Warranty Claims must be made directly to HD-Products, Inc. within the 1 year period with proof of purchase from seller. Maximum claim liability not to exceed the purchase price. Claims must be made in writting.
